PROFILE SUMMARY
My experience in water and waste management in both public and private sectors span for 27 years. I have introduced new technologies,polyelectrolyte in potable and wastewater treatment,undertaken consultancy and training,case studies,environmental impact assessment and investigations,policy development at NEMA and solution provision on water and environment.

Duties:Consultancy and training in Water and waterwaste treatment,process monitoring and quality analysis and environmental impact assessment and audits.
April 2003:Director;National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA)
Duties:Organization systematization and setup,policy,framework and regulation formulation and participated in drafting of Environmental Management &Coordination Act (EMCA) 1999.
1997-2001:General Manager,Aquatech Industries
Duties:General administration,budgeting,technical and business support,business development and product launch.
1994-1997:Technical Manager,Aquatech Industries. Visited Calgon Corporation of Pittsburg in Pennyslavian and Hach Company of Loveland in Colorado USA.
Duties:Technical support and management of the technical team on water and waste water treatment technologies.
1986-1994:Head of Water Quality &Pollution Section,Seconded to Kenya Finland Western Water Supply Program,Ministry of Water Development.
Duties:Procurement,training and Ground and surface Water supply development through boreholes,shallow wells,spring protection and conventional treatment plants.
